Simoniz Interior Protection For A Fresh New Mazda Feel For Years To Come

Car owners with kids know that their backseat runs the risk of spills and stains that can ruin the interior of your car and would need to be repaired or replaced. We talked about Simoniz’s exterior protection product called GlassCoat on Sunday, but did you know that Simoniz also has a product for interior protection as well? Simoniz uses Dupont Teflon Surface Protector to help protect your interior from food products, food dye, lipstick, makeup, vomit, crayons, urine, blood, ink and clothing dyes. If for any reason the interior protection fails, the warranty backing the Dupont Teflon Surface Protector will cover the cost of repair or reupholstering of your interior. During your repair, Simoniz will pay for a rental car for up to 10 days at $50 a day to cover your transportation needs. With a zero deductible for repairs, it is easy to see why Simoniz interior and exterior protection products have been trusted for years by many happy motorists. For more about vehicle protection products or Mazdas in general, visit SportMazdaOrlando.com. Alternative Maintenance: Other Options For Service Plans

When purchasing a new vehicle it is important to bear in mind that eventually you will need maintenance performed on your vehicle and those are future costs that are out of your control in determining how much you will have to spend. Most dealerships offer multiple ways to pay for your service upfront to cover several routine maintenance appointments. On Monday, we talked about how Mazda has a solution for customers called the Mazda Total Advantage which is a customizable service plan that helps lock customers in at a low price. Today, we are going to look at a non-manufacturer service plan offered by Zurich.

With Zurich, you are able to choose your plan by service intervals (3,000 miles, 3,750 miles, 5,000 miles, 7,500 miles, and 10,000 miles) or an annual contract ranging from one to five years. This service contract covers tire rotations, chassis lubrication, engine oil and filter change, fluid check and change, routine inspections, and more. Not only does it cover your service visit, but it comes with emergency roadside assistance including towing service, flat tire changes, gas and fluid delivery, and more. Companies like Zurich offer a great alternative service plan when customers pass on the manufacturers plan.

When Do I Need To Replace My Mazda's Brake Pads?

Depending where you live, traffic sometimes has you tapping on the breaks from point A to point B. Knowing when your brake pads are worn and need to be replaced will save Mazda owners serious money on costly repairs to poorly maintained components.  There are several signs that begin to show when your brake pads need to be replaced/repaired that we have provided below:
  • Hearing a squealing or grinding noise while braking
  • Poor effectiveness when pressing the brake pedal
  • Longer stopping distances
  • Pulling to one side when braking
If your Mazda is currently experiencing any of the factors above, your brakes need to be checked.  Take your Mazda to your local Mazda dealership to have a Mazda Certified Service Technician perform a diagnostic. During a normal routine full service visit, your Mazda Certified Service Technician will provide a copy of a Full Circle Service Report Card which will give a detail rundown of your vehicles current status with various components. One of these components is a brake report and will look like the example below.

The Full Circle Service Report Card includes the status of your brakes, tires, battery and more.

Here is what one of our customers recently said about us on DealerRater:
"This was my second trip to Sport Mazda for service on my car and I wasn't disappointed. Even though they were obviously swamped with customers Brian made sure to take his time talking to me. He also worked with me to make sure the quote I received last time I was at Mazda was the price on the invoice. Not many people would do that. It shows how much Sport Mazda actually cares for their customers, not just their bottom line." - danieldansby on 9/2/2012
